Kotex has been around for a long time. And for a long time periods have been talked about the same way. In hushed tones, and out of ear shot of anyone who didn’t get them. UbyKotex changes that. It doesn’t whisper. It’s bold and bright and unashamed. To demonstrate this newfound pride in the period, we wanted to show young women taking a stand against the bland, with the boldness of big, bright, beautiful street art. So we went to Argentina, found a bunch of very enthusiastic young women, and made something unheard of in the category at the time, proving that you don’t need to be ashamed of being yourself.
